XHSB505A cable identifier adopts variable frequency pulse power supply and uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to accurately identify cables that are unlive or in operation. There are two functions for measuring voltage, current and frequency, and there are two output methods: direct connection method and coupling method.
Identification of non-powered cable: The transmitter mainly serves to generate a special pulse signal. This signal is sent to the cable to be identified through a connecting line. Due to the principle of electromagnetic induction, an induction signal that aligns with the law of the transmitted signal will be inevitably generated along the cable. At the test site, a highly sensitive receiving clamp and a handheld receiver are employed to detect all the cables present. According to the indication of the handheld receiver, the cable that the signal is added to (that is, the non - powered cable to be identified) can be accurately identified.
In the case of identifying powered cables: The transmitter mainly generates a special pulse signal. This signal is added to a point of the powered cable to be identified through a special transmitting clamp. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, an induction signal that is in accordance with the law of the transmitted signal will be generated along the cable. At the test site, a highly sensitive receiving clamp and a handheld receiver are used to detect all the cables. Based on the indication of the handheld receiver, the cable that the signal is added to (namely, the powered cable to be identified) can be accurately found.
